When using an electric hoist, observe the following precautions:
1. Follow the operating instructions strictly. Overloading is prohibited.
2. The limit device prevents the hook from exceeding its upper or lower travel limit. Do not use it as a normal operating switch.
3. Do not leave a load suspended for a long period, to avoid deformation and other hazards.
4. After work, raise the hook more than 2 m above the ground and disconnect the power supply.
5. Do not lift at an angle, as this may damage the rope guide.
6. If a load slides downward and cannot be stopped, the original instructions state that the operator should quickly press UP to raise it slightly, then hold DOWN until it approaches the ground slowly, and inspect the equipment afterward. This emergency procedure requires confirmation against the manufacturer's operating manual before use.
7. Inspect the hoist regularly according to its use and maintain proper lubrication.
