BCD operating conditions are an ambient temperature of -20 to +40 degrees C, altitude below 1,000 m and relative humidity of 85% at 20 +/- 5 degrees C. The hoist can travel along a straight or curved I-beam track or be installed on a fixed support. Depending on the application, it can be used with an LXB explosion-proof single-girder suspension crane or LB/LHB explosion-proof single- or double-girder overhead crane.

Operating principle: Pulling the hand chain rotates the hand-chain wheel. The friction disc, ratchet and brake seat are pressed together and rotate as a unit. The five-tooth long shaft drives the intermediate gear, four-tooth short shaft and splined-bore gear. The load sprocket fitted to the splined-bore gear then drives the load chain to lift the load smoothly.

Hebei Hengying can customize aluminum-bronze or beryllium-bronze construction. Beryllium bronze also offers non-magnetic properties.
