Hebei Hengying explosion-proof wire rope electric hoists are designed, manufactured and accepted to GB3836-2000. BCD operating conditions are an ambient temperature of -20 to +40 degrees C, altitude below 1,000 m and relative humidity of 85% at 20 +/- 5 degrees C. The hoist can travel on a straight or curved I-beam track or be mounted on a fixed support. Depending on the application, it can be combined with an LXB explosion-proof single-girder suspension crane or an LB/LHB explosion-proof single- or double-girder overhead crane.
Before using a Hebei Hengying explosion-proof hoist, check that all components are undamaged, the transmission and load chain are properly lubricated, no-load operation is normal and the brake works reliably. Observe these ten rules:
1. Do not use two or more hoists to lift the same load simultaneously.
2. Do not lift loads above the rated capacity.
3. Never load the hook tip or wrap the load chain around the load.
4. Do not exceed the upper or lower travel limits.
5. Do not lift at an angle or pull loads horizontally.
6. On 2 t, 3 t and 5 t models with two load-chain falls, do not turn the lower hook block through the two chain strands.
7. Do not use the hoist with a twisted chain.
8. Never work or walk beneath a suspended load.
9. If hand-chain effort exceeds the normal level, stop immediately and inspect the hoist. Do not pull sharply or add more people to force it.
10. Do not throw or drop the hoist.
