The HBSQ-F explosion-proof hand chain hoist can be used independently or assembled with an electric hoist, geared trolley or electric trolley, suspended from an overhead support or crane beam. A monorail trolley enables horizontal travel and lifting. Installation and removal are convenient and quick.
The explosion-proof hand chain hoist uses aluminum-bronze and beryllium-bronze blanks with an H62 copper-alloy housing. Load-bearing friction components, including load wheels, hand-chain wheels, side plates, hooks, gears and gear shafts, use aluminum-bronze or beryllium-bronze alloys. The design is intended to reduce sparking from chain friction and the associated ignition risk.
